How do I register for the conference?

Click on the “Registration” button at the top of the page.

 

How do I make my hotel reservation?

Click on the “Accommodations” button at the top of the page.

 

Is there on-site registration for the conference?

Yes, but we encourage early registration. Keep in mind you will also need to make your hotel reservations in advance.

 

Is there a daily registration rate?

Yes, it is $500 per day. This can only be purchased on site.

 

Does the registration fee include rooming accommodations?
No. Rooming accommodations are separate and you are responsible for making your own reservations.

Who is considered an accompanying person?

A accompanying person is defined as the husband/wife/significant other of a registered, fully paid delegate. Registration fee includes: All Delegate Event, Awards Reception and Dinner and access to the Trade Show during show hours. All accompanying persons must register and obtain a badge at on-site registration. The cost for adding a companion is $175.

 

What if I need to cancel?

If a paid registrant cannot attend, a substitute delegate may take his/her place at no additional charge if NASPL is notified in writing prior to the cancellation date. The substitute delegate must also submit a completed registration form. All registrants not providing notice prior to the cancellation date of Wednesday, August 30, 2017, will be responsible for their full registration fees. Paid registrants cancelling after the Cancellation Date or not checking in at the event will not receive a refund. In the event a paid registrant is unable to attend or provide a substitute delegate, a full refund of the registration fee less processing fees will be made only if we receive a written cancellation no later than the cancellation date of Wednesday, August 30, 2017. All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@nasplhq.org or via fax to: 440.361.7962. All registration refunds will be processed following the conclusion of the event.

 

Is everyone invited to all of the events including the Combined NASPL Event?

Yes, if you purchase a full registration you are invited to all of the events including the Combined NASPL Event.

 

How long do I have to make a hotel reservation?

As long as the hotel still has available rooms, you can make your hotel hotel reservation, but the special conference rate may not be honored after the cutoff dates shown on the Accommodations page.
 

Will NASPL provide transportation from the airport to the hotels?
No, NASPL will not provide transportation. 


Will NASPL provide transportation from the Hotel to the Convention Center?
Yes, transportation will be provided daily to and from your Hotel to the Convention Center.
 

What is the dress code for NASPL 2017?

The dress code for the entire Conference and Trade Show, other than the Closing Reception and Dinner, is business casual. The dress code for the Closing Reception & Dinner is business attire.

 

How many people typically attend a NASPL Conference?

Typically, around 800 - 1,000 delegates and vendors from around the world attend the NASPL Annual Conference.
